TWT has a no refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions policy.

POLICY FOR TWT APPAREL/PRODUCTS
No refunds. Exchanges are not guaranteed but based off in-stock inventory. For exchanges, email your request including your order number to twt.orders@gmail.com.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TWT MEMBERSHIPS

As a TWT Member: "I understand that I am registering for a TWT Challenge Membership. The TWT Challenge membership is a recurring plan that charges you every month or year depending on the membership you register for.  I understand that if my payment fails, my plan will be cancelled, I will be removed from the network (regardless of the grace period that is communicated from the app system) and I will lose all access and will need to re-register to start a new plan."

Cancellation requests made via email will not be honored. No refunds. No exceptions.

How to Cancel:

TWT Memberships 

iOS purchases by following these steps: 
1. Go to settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases.
2. Choose "View Account"
3. Scroll down to "Subscriptions."
4. Find your Mighty Networks subscription
5. Click on subscription and cancel

On an iOS or Android web browser you can go to Profile > Your Purchases > Active Subscriptions and cancel a subscription there, as long as you made the purchase on mobile web or desktop web.
 
POLICY FOR TWT PUNCH CARDS
Only valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Pick-up at your first in-person class. Must show email receipt. MANDATORY: TWT Class waiver must be completed before your first class. Click here for the waiver.
