TWT has a no refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions policy.

POLICY FOR TWT APPAREL/PRODUCTS
No refunds. Exchanges are not guaranteed but based off in-stock inventory. For exchanges, email your request including your order number to twt.orders@gmail.com.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TWT MEMBERSHIPS

As a TWT Member: "I understand that I am registering for a TWT Challenge Membership. The TWT Challenge membership is a recurring plan that charges you every month or year depending on the membership you register for.  I understand that if my payment fails, my plan will be cancelled, I will be removed from the network (regardless of the grace period that is communicated from the app system) and I will lose all access and will need to re-register to start a new plan."

How to Cancel:

You are to send us an email request to twt.questions@gmail.com by the 23rd of the month. Please include your full name and email address listed on your account and the name of the membership you'd like to cancel. Any cancellation requests after the 23rd will be honored the next month.

 
POLICY FOR TWT PUNCH CARDS
Only valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Pick-up at your first in-person class. Must show email receipt. MANDATORY: TWT Class waiver must be completed before your first class. Click here for the waiver.
